Your current Role:This senior pharmacy role leads the design, delivery and evaluation of medication safety and Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) initiatives across Logan and Beaudesert Hospitals. You'll provide advanced Drug Use Evaluation (DUE) expertise, influence multidisciplinary practice, and guide evidence-based improvements aligned with national standards and accreditation.
