- Read and interpret plans
- Site set out
- Procurement of materials, equipment and resources
- Subcontractor management
- WHS implementation
- Quality control
- Oversee and delegate duties to Trades &Labour;
- Liaise with clients
- Report in collaboration with a Project Manager
- Cost tracking and forecasting The Requirements
- 2-3 years as a Foreman, Supervisor or Site Manager
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
- Experience on commercial or civil landscaping projects
