Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.## About the RoleAs the Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of maintenance professionals and support staff and managing the delivery of statutory, preventative, and corrective maintenance to the facilities. You will manage relationship with external contractors for specialised services and handle resource allocation.
