Senior Associate – Construction Litigation Lawyer Ideally suited to an ambitious back end Construction Lawyer looking to work closely with clients. No micromanagement here! - Working directly with clients on Dispute Resolution and Project Delivery Advice – you can look forward to project involvement from inception through to completion
- High end disputes work – Supreme Court Litigation, Arbitrations etc.
- Educating clients through interactive sessions
- Collaborate with a large Construction team that is both front and back end capable
- Support and mentor Junior Lawyers What we’re looking for
- Current experience as a Senior Associate (or an Associate or the cusp of Senior Associate) in a specialist Construction firm or team
- Back end Construction experience – dispute resolution (and dispute avoidance)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and a wider national team
- A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and legal developments What is on offer
