- Proven experience in a Medical Reception position
- Experience with Best Practice software preferable but not essential
- full training provided to the right candidate
- Availability for early mornings, late nights & weekend shifts are essential
- Caring & friendly personality
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively within a team environment
- Self-Driven and can demonstrate a genuine pride in work produced What you'll be doing

- Providing warm and friendly reception services including but not limited to greeting patients, answering the telephone and booking appointments
- Processing Medicare and private billings
- Supporting the clinical team with any additional administrative duties
- Working closely with the Practice Manager
- Maintaining patients records and ensuring patient confidentiality is kept at all times
