Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Provide a complete shopping experience by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and cross‑sell products to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store and ensure products are stocked and displayed effectively.
- Process transactions accurately using our point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Actively participate in product trainings.
- Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping environment. About You

- Experience working in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Proven ability to consult and educate customers
- Experience in selling cosmetics, skin care and perfumes is highly desirable
- Success in working to KPI's and targets
- A professional and vibrant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain one
- Merchandising and counter management experience is valuable
- Beauty related certifications is a plus
