- Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
- Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
- Greeting patients and managing appointments
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the team with day‑to‑day clinical and administrative tasks Qualifications
- Experience in dental procedures and terminology.
- Knowledge of dental software systems.
- Demonstrates empathy and a caring nature.
- Possesses a friendly, positive, and flexible attitude.
- Understands hygiene and infection control procedures.
- Has a keen attention to detail. Preferred
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting
- Experience in Dental Software Benefits
