Delivery Lead – Commercial Painting Projects (Queensland)

PROJECT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL PAINTING & FINISHES We’re looking for a true Project Managerto oversee delivery across multiple painting, rendering, epoxy flooring and line-marking projects. You’ll keep projects tight, predictable and well-documented. About the Role Manage multiple commercial projects from planning to completion Coordinate and direct site supervisors/coordinators Plan and schedule works digitally, track progress and maintain momentum Update Buildern daily (schedule, variations, site logs, RFIs, progress data) Maintain budgets, investigate cost issues early and keep projects financially on track Prepare Maintenance Manuals, Product Lists and completion documentation Handle call-forwards, QA, defects, handovers and client communication Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality, safety and compliance Support invoicing and procurement with timely project information About You Experienced in construction project delivery (finishes experience ideal but not essential) Strong with planning, scheduling and management systems (Highly Organised) Confident communicator with builders, foremen and subcontractors both written and verbal Able to lead, delegate and keep people accountable Organised, calm under pressure and strong with documentation Financially aware — understands budgets, labour tracking and variations Someone who improves processes and keeps projects moving What We Offer Long-term role with a respected and growing contractor Solid pipeline of commercial work across SEQ Modern systems (Buildern, Dashpivot) and supportive leadership Opportunity to influence systems and structure Market-competitive salary based on experience The Person We’re Looking For We want a Project Manager who runs the project.
