- Great employee benefits Quicksilver Cruises, Australia’s leading Great Barrier Reef operator, is seeking an enthusiastic Reservation Clerk to join our dynamic team in Port Douglas. As part of our reservations team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You will assist with enquiries, explain tour options, check availability, process bookings and payments, and ensure every detail is correct so our guests can enjoy a seamless experience from the moment they enquire through to boarding the vessel. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Process reservations and payments efficiently
- Provide accurate information on tour products and availability
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism To be on the forefront for this opportunity, you will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the use of a reservations system is highly desirable
- Sound computer, typing and administration skills
- Ability to work as a team in a fast paced office
- Ability to commit to ongoing part-time work – this role is not suitable for working holiday visa holders Roster & Availability: This position will require weekend and public holiday work. Day to day, you will work on a rotating roster between the hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm. Flexibility and reliability are essential. Benefits
