About the Role We're looking for a friendly, organised Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of Narrandera Homestead Care Community. You'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, helping create a positive and supportive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism. Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea. Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering. Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression.
