Join the National Leader in Cloud-Based Property Management. The role of the Receptionist is to provide a welcoming and great first impression at PropertyMe’s head office. This role primarily handles inbound phone calls, emails, and stakeholder support to ensure smooth office operations and contributes positively to the company culture.
Responsibilities Managing the reception desk Answering inbound phone calls and emails Greeting visitors General housekeeping including tidying up meeting rooms, opening blinds each day, and ensuring the office is presented at its best Stationery orders Office maintenance including liaising with cleaners and tradespeople when necessary Ensuring kitchen areas are fully stocked and dishwashers are emptied and turned on at the end of the day Managing the current staff onboarding process Managing office spreadsheets and general data entry Assisting accounts with finances including petty cash systems and receipting Assisting the marketing team with internal events including ordering catering and ensuring space is appropriately set up Assisting marketing with conferences including any in-house events and packing merchandise kits Managing merchandise inventory, packing merch kits, and organising deliveries when required Supporting the ELT with booking coordination, team events and travel Monitoring and responding to inbound email enquiries Providing first-level sales support Coordinating the collection and collation of monthly statistics and reports on business performance for the Head of Sales & Customer Success Completing ELT reporting alongside the CCO Ownership of:
Sales Database Additional Portfolio requests Sales administration communication channels Distributing sales discounts, codes and extended trials to sales team members
What You Bring Immaculately presented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sunny disposition and can-do attitude Strong work ethic Ability to work autonomously Extremely robust time management skills Prior reception experience in the Real Estate industry highly regarded Intermediate MS Office Suite, G‑Suite knowledge
