Join us as an Executive Assistant to support the Head of our Global Systematic Investments and his team within Solutions, Macquarie Asset Management.
This is a 14-month fixed term contract prospect.

What role will you play?
You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, organising travel, handling expense claims, onboarding and offboarding staff, and other ad hoc projects. Working closely with other Executive Assistants in the team, you will coordinate team events and meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders, while proactively anticipating the needs of the Executives you support.
What You Offer
- Experience managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and zoom calls across multiple time zones
- Expertise in booking and scheduling both domestic and complex international travel, including coordination of approvals and preparation of itineraries
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Ability to effectively manage a busy workload with conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong stakeholder management skills
- Flexible, positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail.
