Based in our newly revamped CBD office space, this is an exciting prospect to join a passionate and collaborative team in a modern, vibrant and people-focused environment. About the Role This agile and varied position combines front-of-house reception, office coordination, administration, communications, and People Experience support. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, clients and team members, you’ll create warm and professional first impressions while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office environment. You’ll also support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives, events, recognition activities, internal communications and broader People & Culture projects that help create a connected and positive workplace culture. This role requires someone who is flexible, highly organised, approachable, and happy to jump in wherever needed — whether that’s welcoming visitors, supporting a staff event, creating communications collateral, or assisting across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and welcoming reception and administrative support
- Create a positive first impression for all visitors, staff and stakeholders
- Coordinate correspondence, visitor management and office logistics
- Support People Experience initiatives including staff events, celebrations, wellbeing and engagement activities
- Assist with creating engaging internal and external communications and collateral
- Provide day-to-day office coordination and general administrative support
- Support the broader People & Culture team with projects and organisational initiatives
- Travel between sites and assist with errands or operational support as required About You You’re energetic, personable, highly organised, and genuinely enjoy working with people.
