Description
ROLE PURPOSE As an Administrative Officer within the Managed Print Services (MPS) team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative and support services to MPS customers and third-party suppliers. You will work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved or exceeded. Your role will also be critical in meeting internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated customer service professional with strong influencing and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent problem‑solving abilities, effective communication, and solid time‑management skills. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service that enhances customer satisfaction and strengthens business relationships.
- Provide effective and efficient frontline support through phone liaison, ensuring service calls are logged, allocated, and resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date database records, ensuring all end‑of‑month meter readings are captured for billing and service purposes.
- Proactively support the MPS Admin team, Sales, and Service Managers by providing timely input and relevant information.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding delays or backorders of devices and peripherals, in coordination with Sales and Service teams.
- Manage contracts end‑to‑end, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process.
- Perform other administrative duties as directed by the Admin Manager, contributing to a high‑performing and collaborative team setting.
- Complete all required Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training and consistently demonstrate a commitment to Winc’s HSE policies and procedures.
- Participate in special projects as needed. WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills both verbal and written.
- Administration skills, 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience with SAP and service‑based software desirable but not essential.
- Customer service and solutions‑focused skills, actively contributing to our shared objectives.
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be able to work autonomously, in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of problem‑solving skills and analytical capabilities.
