**A day in the life**: In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our Corporate Office, ensuring that all visitors have a positive and genuine experience. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, coordinating building management activities, and providing a range of administrative support services. This includes everything from processing invoices and arranging travel to organizing events and meetings. Additionally, you will support the executive assistant team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across the board.

**Here are the key skills and strengths we're looking for**: We're seeking someone with demonstrated experience in a similar role, who excels in customer service and has solid verbal communication skills. If you're adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with other administrative staff, we'd love to hear from you.
