Part-Time Member Support Officer
- 0.7 FTE Hobart CBD Salary- Grade 4 Year 1 Are you passionate about standing up for nurses, midwives and care workers? At the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation Tasmanian Branch, we’re looking for a Part time Member Support Officer (0.7 FTE) to join our Hobart team, with an immediate start. This is a really rewarding role where you’ll work closely with our members—listening, supporting and advocating for them across a range of professional and workplace matters. It’s an opportunity to make a genuine difference and be part of something bigger. We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Nurse or Midwife
- Has (or can quickly build) a solid understanding of relevant legislation
- Communicates with confidence, empathy and clarity
- Enjoys problem-solving and supporting people through complex situations
