The chance

Reporting to the WHS Superintendent, the WHS Administrator will be responsible for providing crucial administrative support.

In this role, you will work from our world‐class Kathleen Valley lithium operation on an 8 days on 6 days off roster. This role requires robust organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and explicit communication to collaborate with our safety professionals and various stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

Manage WHS documentation and records, maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all WHS activities, incidents, and training

Support compliance and audit preparation by organising all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance and external audits

Prepare accurate and timely reports on health and safety performance metrics to support data‐driven decision‐making

Coordinate all aspects of WHS training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications

Accurately manage employee training records and certifications to maintain a comp
