Position Overview Permanent | Part Time – 25‑30 hours across 5 days/week (Flexible timing). Salary: $39.56/hour + Super + NFP Salary Packaging. Location: Miller NSW 2168. Make a meaningful difference to the lives of Australians in need. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional front‑of‑office experience.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and assist with scheduling for program activities.
- Maintain reception area and ensure resources and information for clients are up to date.
- Prepare and process documentation including meeting minutes, invoices, correspondence, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Communicate with internal teams and external agencies regarding referrals, information, and enquiries.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record management to support program operations. Requirements for Success
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps.
- Ideally, experience with accounts processing.
- Proven experience in an administration role.
- Superior organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work in a team/multi‑disciplinary environment.
- Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have clearance to work with children/vulnerable people. Benefits
