Procurement Coordinator (Melbourne)

Visit our website for more information on our various businesses and brands Our Interiors and Homewares Division is seeking an enthusiastic Procurement Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring purchase orders, supplier performance, and tendering processes are executed efficiently and accurately to maximise commercial outcomes. You will be responsible for:
- Raising, tracking, and managing purchase orders ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Monitoring delivery timelines, following up and resolving delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery and maintaining accurate procurement records.
- Monitoring and maintaining stock management in line with business needs.
- Ensuring accurate shipping documentation for importing and exporting shipments with freight forwarders.
- Responding to internal stakeholder and customer enquiries.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements to the operations team and work collaboratively with the team to implement these changes. To be successful you will have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective Communication Skills
- Experience in procurement or supply management
- Knowledge of Supply chain management (Procurement/Shipping/Accounts Payable).
- Previous experience with Order/Inventory management systems and administration.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel.
