Wholesale Visual Merchandiser (Melbourne)

Are you a creative visual merchandiser who also enjoys providing outstanding customer service? GAZMAN is looking for a passionate and driven Wholesale Visual Merchandiser to support our presence within Myer stores in VIC. This opportunity offers the perfect balance between hands‑on visual merchandising and meaningful customer interactions, helping shape how the GAZMAN brand is experienced by shoppers. This is a part‑time position (3 days per week) with flexibility on the preferred days between Monday to Friday. Responsibilities
- Implement VM directives under the guidance of the Wholesale Myer Instore Support Manager
- Merchandise and present stock with creativity and attention to brand guidelines
- Assist with store deliveries, unpacking, fitouts, and visual displays
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing GAZMAN representation in each store
- Deliver premium customer experiences aligned with the GAZMAN brand
- Respond to customer needs with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
- Resolve concerns and issues with a solutions‑focused mindset Relationship Building
- Collaborate closely with Myer store teams and department managers
- Foster robust, positive relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Provide timely updates on store layouts, competitor activity, and pad changes Reporting & Communication
- Prepare regular written and visual VM reports (product placement, key items, mannequin looks)
- Communicate regularly with the Instore Support Manager on activity and performance Additional Duties
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and new fitouts
- Support broader VM and brand goals as required You will have
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a creative, customer‑facing visual merchandising role
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Visual Merchandising or related field
- A current driver’s license and access to a vehicle (role involves travel between stores)
- A solid understanding of retail operations and visual display principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of initiative
- A collaborative team player who brings positive energy to the workplace
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
