Location: Somerton (Melbourne Northern Suburbs).

Position: Production / Assembly Worker – full‐time, permanent.

Salary: $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities

Assemble caravan components using hand and power tools.

Follow standard operating procedures and meet production targets.

Work collaboratively within a team setting.

Maintain strict adherence to health & safety requirements.

Ensure high‐quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Identify and report potential risks or quality issues.

About You

Experience in manufacturing, assembly, trades, or labouring (preferred but not essential).

Comfortable using hand and power tools.

Physically fit and able to work on your feet.

Solid work ethic and reliability.

Team player with positive communication skills.

Commitment to safety and quality.
