Key Responsibilities Preparation of panels for CNC drilling CNC routing of completed boards Preparation of stacks for multilayer bonding Copper and Tin electroplating of panels Copper etching Responsible for chemical maintenance Screen printing solder mask inks to panels Operating equipment for UV imaging panels Developing panels About You Previous experience in PCB fabrication or a related CNC, screen printing, or electroplating background is advantageous. Experience in a rapid-paced contract manufacturing environment is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-changing environment. Ability to work within strict quality standards and guidelines. Ability to follow established machine safety rules and regulations. Maintain a secure and clean workspace. Great eye for detail and dexterity. Excellent communication skills. Australian Citizenship – must be eligible for the Australian Government BASELINE security clearance. Eligible to provide proof of vaccination under Victorian Government mandate; role is required onsite. Why Us?
