Ap6 Senior Procurement Officers (Melbourne)

Hourly rate range: $70-$90 per hour + super (depending on experience). Drive end-to-end procurements (ICT / construction / services) that enable critical government programs and deliver value for the public. Hybrid working available, supportive leadership, and a clear, outcomes-focused workload. Duties Lead end-to-end tender processes (RFT/RFQ) from approach to contract execution Draft high-quality procurement documentation (RFT packs, evaluation reports, approvals) Partner with SMEs, finance, legal, probity and security to keep delivery moving Ensure full compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules and internal governance Skills & Experience Strong background managing strategic/complex procurements (ICT and/or construction highly regarded) Sound knowledge of government procurement frameworks and best-practice process Confident stakeholder manager with strong negotiation and influencing skills Highly organised, detail-focused, able to run multiple procurements to tight timeframes Join a federal government procurement team supporting wide-ranging, meaningful work across multiple categories.
