Role Overview As Executive Manager, AI Client Solutions, you will split your time between winning new business and ensuring its delivery. It is a commercial role with real delivery accountability – you will identify opportunities, shape strategy with senior clients, win the work, and then guide teams through implementation. Responsibilities Work directly with C‐suite executives and senior stakeholders on AI transformation. Develop proposals that make business sense, lead workshops to identify realistic AI problems, and build lasting relationships. Proactively identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities across existing and new accounts, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high‐value engagements. Develop winning propositions that articulate explicit business cases, competitive advantage, and ROI while structuring and negotiating commercial terms with senior client stakeholders. Lead strategic workshops with C‐suite and executive teams, translating business ambitions into actionable AI transformation roadmaps. Design and oversee delivery of business‐critical AI solutions across multiple engagements, ensuring client satisfaction, quality outcomes, and profitability. Build and maintain executive relationships with key decision makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and identifying expansion opportunities. Lead high‐performing hybrid teams of strategists, data scientists, and business professionals, driving both commercial and delivery excellence. Required Experience and Capabilities 10+ years in strategy consulting or professional services with significant exposure to AI/analytics‐driven transformation. Strong commercial track record developing and closing complex, high‐value engagements. Experience leading or advising on AI implementations that delivered measurable business outcomes. Business understanding of AI/ML concepts and their strategic applications – sufficient to engage credibly with both executives and technical teams. Outstanding client relationship management at C‐suite and senior stakeholder levels. Exceptional communication skills across strategic, commercial, and technical contexts.
