We're looking for a passionate and highly organised SMS Catering and Events Coordinator to join our national sales and events team
- someone who genuinely loves the craft of making events run seamlessly and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences from first enquiry to final execution. This role sits at the heart of Hub's meetings and events operation, managing end-to-end logistics across our national network
- from client briefings and catering coordination to space setup and vendor management. Qualifications What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to!):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all meeting, catering, and event enquiries
- delivering warm, consultative, and solutions-focused service throughout.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including client briefings, timeline management, vendor coordination, and on-the-day execution.
- Coordinate all catering requirements
- menu planning, dietary needs, ordering, and delivery
- ensuring every detail is captured and communicated accurately.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure meeting spaces are set up to client specification, including layout, AV, and staging requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) covering client requirements, budgets, invoices, and feedback, while ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Meeting & Events Sales Team to ensure seamless client handovers and a consistently exceptional experience. We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- hospitality, coworking, or events coordination backgrounds are highly regarded.
- Communicates with confidence and warmth, managing client expectations with clarity and care.
- Brings meticulous attention to detail and thrives managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Is solution-oriented with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborates well across teams, vendors, and clients
