About Adminova Adminova provides high level virtual assistance admin operations and systems support to growing businesses and professional service firms globally. We are scaling quickly and need sales partners who can help drive consistent client acquisition and grow alongside the brand. Role
- Identify and engage qualified prospects primarily via LinkedIn
- Start and manage sales conversations professionally
- Qualify leads based on fit timing and budget
- Move warm leads toward onboarding
- Log activity and results accurately
- Communicate consistently with the Founder
- Commit to five days per week; state the days and times you can commit each week and stick to them Commission Structure Transparent: You are paid for every monthly retainer client you successfully onboard. Commission Applies To
- Essential Support Monthly Retainer 20% equals 300 AUD first month only
- Growth Support Monthly Retainer 20% equals 500 AUD first month only
- Advanced Support Monthly Retainer 20% equals 800 AUD first month only Commission Does Not Apply To
- One‑off or trial work
- Short term engagements
- Leads that do not convert to a monthly retainer
- Non‑qualified or misrepresented clients
- Payments Calculated monthly: Paid after the client’s first retainer payment has cleared. No commission on unpaid or refunded invoices. There is no cap on earnings. Communication and Expectations
- WhatsApp is mandatory
- All work communication is handled via WhatsApp during agreed working hours This is a serious role in a growing business. If no communication is received for two business days the role will be terminated and passed to another applicant. Who This Is For

- Are confident starting conversations and following up
- Can work independently and stay accountable
- Want to grow with a business long term
