Retail Operations Coordinator (Melbourne)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Retail Operations Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient running of our retail network. This role sits within the Retail Operations team and plays a key part in ensuring clear communication, strong operational coordination, and effective support across stores and head office. You'll work closely with the Group Retail Operations Manager to keep our retail business connected and informed
- driving consistency in communications, supporting key operational projects, and delivering high-quality administrative and coordination support that enables our stores to perform at their best. THE ROLE
- Compile and distribute weekly retail trade updates across the business
- Manage and maintain SharePoint Brand Hubs to ensure content is current, accessible, and brand aligned
- Manage the Retail Operations inbox, supporting store and internal queries
- Deliver key retail communications including process updates and change management messaging
- Develop and distribute store-facing learning and operational resources
- Provide coordination and administrative support across retail operations projects
- Assist with project planning including timelines, scope, and delivery tracking using project management tools
- Prepare documents, presentations, and internal communications
- Generate reports and support data analysis for operational decision‑making
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes as required
- On‑site role 5‑days per week, based in our Melbourne office THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience in high‑level administrative or operational support roles
- Exposure to project coordination or event support (retail experience highly regarded)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management tools and Canva (desirable)
- Highly organised with solid attention to detail
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable working autonomously
- Skilled at managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
