We know thatawesomepeople make us a great company, andwe’reexcited to be recruiting for astrategic leaderof the Wilson B2B salesteamto develop and execute the strategic sales plan for Racquet Sports, Sportwear,and Footwear. What You'll Do Therole reports to the Head of Wilson andisacriticalpositionwithin our organisationthat will develop and evolve best practice sales processes, workcross functionally withmerchandise,marketing,financeand operational stakeholders to deliver GTM excellence. Through the demonstration of exceptional leadership skills sets, theHead of Sales will recruit, train, inspire and mentor the sales team, ensuring a high-performance culture that aligns with Wilson and Amer Sports purpose and values Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Strategicallylead the Wilson Sales Tennis 360team, accountable for developing long term, medium term andshort-termsales plans, resulting in the delivery of all set revenue,profitabilityand market share targets.
- Create and EvolveBest Practice sales GTM processes– including channel budgeting, forecasting,implementing sales tools (salesforce),strategic category development, strategic B2B channel development & sell in and sell through measurement and analysis.
- Accelerated growth driving strong strategical alignment, enhancing GTM process, owning business development opportunities and leading all Quarterly reviewson behalf of the channel
- Recruit, coach and mentor the team– inspiring a high-performance culture that consistentlydemonstratesthe core values of both the Wilson Brand and AMER Sports
- Collaborates withMerchandise,Marketingand D2Cfunctions to ensure best in class CX through B2B Marketing investment
- Monthly input into keyBusiness Processes & Drivers, P&L; management, S&OP; & Omni brand meetings
- Cross functional engagement with allshared Operations departmentson the Order to Cash Process; What We're Looking For
- Demonstrates anexceptional understanding of the market– consumer, competitor and strategic accounts’ strategies anddemonstratesan ability toutilisedata to enhance decision making & strategic business development.
- Demonstrated experience in senior salesmerchandising,categoryorbrandleadershiproleswith experience insporting goods / sports lifestyle or fashion industries
- Highly developed commercial / business planningcapabilities within Omni-channel business model (gross sales, net sales, grossmarginand OPEX planning & forecasting)
- Go-To-Market leadershipin leading anend-to-endGTM process
- Ability todrive changeand lead high performing teams
- Astrategic and agile mindsetandstrong commercial acumen
