- Deliver high‑quality vehicle repairs within agreed timeframes
- Schedule daily work and allocate jobs efficiently across the production team
- Lead, motivate and support technicians to achieve productivity and quality targets aligned with company KPIs
- Maintain a safe, compliant and productive workshop setting
- Ensure all repair processes and procedures are followed correctly
- Assess vehicles post‑strip and identify additional repair or parts requirements
- Drive efficiency and profitability with a strong focus on quality control and customer satisfaction
