Role Overview We’re looking for an exceptional Allbound Sales Development Representative to join us in making as many culture‑first companies as possible through accessible people analytics. This is a hybrid position: 2 days per week from our Richmond‑based office and 3 days from home. Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact with potential customers, informing them about the Culture Amp platform
- Research target accounts and develop a plan for connecting with them
- Qualify leads based on whether their company is a good fit for Culture Amp’s platform
- Understand how we can help HR professionals build culture‑first workplaces Qualifications
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to be in sales and previous experience in an outbound sales role
- Hunter mentality and not afraid of cold calling
- Eager for coaching and passionate about developing your sales skills
- Engaging communication and strong storytelling abilities
- Respectful and able to work in a cooperative team environment Day in the Life
- Research and craft personalised outreach to target accounts
- Utilise phone, email, and social tools to connect with prospects
- Qualify prospects and book conversations with Sales Executives
- Receive continuous training and coaching from mentors and peers
