- Lead a Sales Team That Inspires More People to Put Their Fitness First. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Member Support Consultant team to achieve sales and retention targets.
- Drive member growth through acquisition, integration, and proactive retention strategies.
- Oversee front desk operations and set the standard for exceptional member service.
- Monitor performance, set goals, and provide training to ensure consistent team success.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Member Support Consultants.
- Collaborate with club and regional leaders to deliver membership growth initiatives. About You
- Proven background in sales and customer service, with a track record of achieving KPIs.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer retention strategies.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or engaging a team to achieve goals.
- Confident using business systems and reporting tools.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (WWCC may be required depending on state). Benefits
