We're seeking a full-time City Hatters Store Manager to join our team in our Melbourne CBD location. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing all daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
- Driving sales and ensuring the store meets financial targets
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clientele
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing retail team
- Implementing visual merchandising and store presentations to showcase our product range
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
- Collaborating with the wider business to support strategic initiatives and brand growth What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, ideally within the fashion, accessories or luxury goods industry
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve sales and operational targets
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide an outstanding shopping experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
