Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers and play a key role in building our sales pipeline. Leads are generated directly through our web/phone channels, via campaigns and events and from targeted outreach to prospective customers. Responsibilities
- Take customer calls and respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media
- Schedule appointments for Account Manager/BDM’s to conduct discovery meetings and close sales
- Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify cross selling opportunities
- Track and update customer information and sales activities in Salesforce
- Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to share feedback and insights from the field
- Utilize digital tools and AI to ensure a data driven approach to work. Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or business development
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with decision-makers
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a bonus. What We Offer
