Field Visual Merchandiser - Vic (Melbourne)

About the Role As the Field Visual Merchandiser, you will help execute the visual merchandising strategy across Victoria. You'll work closely with retail leaders and VM teams to ensure our stores consistently deliver inspiring, high-impact visual presentations that drive customer engagement and commercial success. Key Responsibilities
- Foster a people‑first culture that supports career development, collaboration, transparency, and open communication.
- Lead, coach and support retail and leadership teams to deliver solid operational, people, and VM outcomes in line with role expectations.
- Ensure exceptional garment presentation and VM execution, including steaming standards, mannequin styling, floor layouts, and product displays in line with national directives.
- Work closely with the Head of VM, National VM team, and State VM Manager and State Sales Managers/Area Managers to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance both VM execution and commercial performance.
- Implement VM campaigns and promotional launches, ensuring store teams are clear on timelines, expectations, and execution standards.
- Conduct regular store visits across Victoria, aligning travel with key promotional periods and sale launches to maximise impact.
- Support stores in delivering an exceptional customer experience through robust VM standards and consistent brand presentation.
- Ensure all stores – particularly Flagship and AA locations – maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards at all times. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in visual merchandising within retail.
- A strong eye for detail and styling, with the ability to translate strategy into impactful in-store execution.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across multiple teams.
