We’re recruiting for a high-performing fitness club in Elsternwick, looking for a Sales & Assistant Club Manager to lead the front‑of‑house experience and drive membership growth. - You enjoy working with people and building genuine connections

- You’re motivated by targets, KPIs and achieving results
- You take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do You’ll ideally have 1–3+ years’ experience in a sales or KPI‑driven role, with a proven ability to convert enquiries and work towards targets.
