We’re looking for a Part Time Assistant Store Manager (4 Days) to join our Doncaster store who brings energy, leadership, and a genuine love for customer experience. Responsibilities As an ASM, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day success of the store:
- Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.
- Take ownership of the store two days a week, leading the team and driving performance.
- Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable.
- Coach and support your team to deliver outstanding service, every time. Benefits
- OTE up to $80,000 pro‑rate (Base + Super + Monthly + Annual Bonus + Profit bonus). Monthly & annual incentives.
