Synergy Pacific is seeking an enthusiastic and driven BDM to join our team in our Melbourne office. This full‑time position will play a crucial role in driving recent business development and expanding our client base across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position. What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and qualify recent sales opportunities by leveraging your extensive network and industry knowledge
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to effectively engage with current and potential clients
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support the overall sales efforts
- Provide excellent customer service and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to achieve annual sales targets of $5M+ in revenue generation What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the wholesale industry
- Experience across any B2B industry sector with proven success in business development
- Proven track record of successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision‑makers
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and address client needs
- Highly motivated, proactive and adaptable with a results‑driven mindset
- Proficient in the use of a CRM and G‑suite What we offer
