The Role The Implementation & Activation Manager is an important role, ensuring operational excellence and responsible for driving day‑to‑day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring best‑in‑class consistent implementation, optimisation, and reporting. Working very closely with your Director, you will produce best‑in‑class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets. The role involves the development and application of specialist technical skills, as well as solid people management. Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients at an intermediate level, as it relates to implementation planning & activation.
- Proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.
- Ownership of the media plan, including reconciliation, and update of plan changes, with detailed updates for internal stakeholders.
- Able to construct and present robust Implementation plans, that are grounded in strategic priorities.
- Oversee workflow of direct reports, swiftly escalating issues as they arise.
- Conduct fortnightly 1:1s, annual Career Conversations and Performance Reviews with direct reports. What Makes You Great:
