Lead Human Resources Business Partner – Infosys Infosys is a global leader in next‑generation digital services and consulting with over 56 countries of presence. The Lead HR Business Partner will be based in Melbourne, Victoria, working closely with business stakeholders to align people strategy with overall business goals. Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the business, designing and implementing HR initiatives that support business objectives.
- Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, analyse survey results, and implement action plans to improve workplace culture.
- Support compensation and perks planning and rollouts during annual and ad‑hoc cycles, formalising compensation strategy for business needs and geographic nuances.
- Manage induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for retention strategies.
- Organise milestone celebrations, employee connects, and implement Rewards & Recognition programmes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people‑related matters including conflict resolution and HR policy.
- Analyse HR metrics and dashboards to influence decision‑making and monitor effectiveness of HR programs.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in an ICT or Professional Services organisation.
- Experience managing the full employee life cycle.
- Strong expertise in Strategic HR, change management, and HR analytics.
- Experience in employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary processes within local legislation.
- Competence in multicultural, international environments and working across multiple time zones.
- Tertiary qualification and knowledge of ANZ specific practices and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
