- Sell new CNC machinery solutions to customers across Australia
- Manage an existing warm portfolio of clients while generating new business opportunities
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand equipment needs
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and solution packages
- Collaborate closely with technical and service teams to deliver accurate solutions
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and on-site demonstrations
- Maintain strong pipeline management and regular reporting to management
- Represent the brand professionally and build long-term customer relationships About You
- Strong technical knowledge of CNC machinery (essential)
- Experience in capital equipment sales or technical sales within manufacturing
- Ability to speak confidently with operators, engineers, and business owners
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a national sales territory
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider technical teams
