- Providing strong, hands‑on leadership across multiple teams and sites, ensuring a high-performance culture
- Leading and developing Operations Managers, Supervisors, and site teams
- Ensuring all projects and maintenance contracts are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Overseeing financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Managing contract compliance, invoicing, and operational reporting processes
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Supporting business development activities, including identifying current opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to tender submissions
- Ensuring full compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards across all operations About You
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior operations, contracts, or state management role within landscaping, construction, or a related industry
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- In‑depth knowledge of landscape construction and/or maintenance operations
- Proven leadership capability, with experience building, mentoring, and managing high‑performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
