Procurement Manager (Senior Consultant) (Melbourne)

Responsibilities
- Advise offshore wind developer clients on strategic procurement and supply‑chain services, including evaluating supply‑chain opportunities and establishing sourcing strategies.
- Lead tender processes: issuing requests for information, proposals and tenders; evaluating proposals; negotiating and finalising contracts.
- Draft and negotiate contracts for offshore wind supply, construction and service agreements.
- Advise clients on commercial and contractual matters related to the delivery of their offshore wind farms.
- Coordinate the flow of information internally and externally, keeping stakeholders informed on progress.
- Participate in vendor relationship management, maintain and improve vendor and market knowledge.
- Support the development of digital assets and sales opportunities when not assigned to a client project.
- Manage personal schedule, travel and reporting of time, expenses and other managerial items required for the operation of the consulting business. Qualifications
- Strong desire to decarbonise the energy sector by supporting large‑scale renewable energy projects.
- Experience with leading corporate procurement processes for large‑scale scopes; preference for experience in offshore wind or the energy sector.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, negotiation and communication skills.
- Structured, methodical way of working and ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
- Experience managing projects and leading scopes of work.
- Comfort working independently and with ambiguous instruction.
