Description
4/181 Proximity Drive, Sunshine West, 3020, Victoria, Australia Full time $100,000
- $110,000 p/a + Super The team delivering precision‑engineered attachments that outperform and outlast. We partner with global specialists to build exactly what operators need, backed by a 5‑year warranty and lifetime support. No shortcuts, no hype, just real value. We're growing fast and need someone switched‑on to own the flow from customer order confirmation right through to warehouse‑ready product. This isn't desk‑bound admin; it's hands‑on ownership of specs, suppliers, production tracking, inventory smarts, and sorting QC issues before anything ships. You keep custom attachments moving smoothly so operators get what they need without delays turning into headaches. What you’ll do:
- Work directly with customers to lock in final specs – pins, centres, couplers, hoses – and confirm orders are spot‑on.
- Raise POs, chase suppliers, monitor timelines, elevate delays early, and keep invoices matched for Finance.
- Track custom and stock production; coordinate assemblies with the warehouse crew; and ensure everything’s built and QC’d before dispatch handoff.
- Manage inventory levels, reorder points, turnover, slow‑movers, and deliver weekly exposure reports to leadership.
- Team up with Service and logistics to fix any issues fast – no product leaves until it’s right.
- Drive accuracy in NetSuite, stick to SOPs, and keep processes tight across teams. What you bring:
- 4–7 years in procurement, inventory, production control, or supply chain roles – ideally in manufacturing, equipment, or similar.
- Solid ERP experience (NetSuite a big plus).
- Sharp attention to detail and commercial awareness – you spot risks early and own outcomes.
- Strong communicator with customers, suppliers, and internal teams – straight answers, no fluff.
- Practical mindset: comfortable escalating issues, collaborating cross‑functionally, and thriving in a growing SME.
- Based in Melbourne or willing to relocate – this is in‑house with some supplier/site visits.
- We’re building a brand operators trust for the long haul – attachments worth the wait.
- You’ll get the tools, support, and autonomy to make real impact: better flow means happier customers, tighter margins, and a team that wins together.
- Competitive pay, super, and room to grow as we scale. If bottlenecks or delays pop up, we turn them into proof of our precision and reliability. Apply if you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and keep the attachments flowing right. Send your resume and a quick note on why this fits to apply through LinkedIn only. We review applications as they come – no fluff, just straight talk. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3rsz8g
