Melbourne Based | Hybrid | 6‑month Contract – Full Time Summary Details Location: Melbourne (Hybrid) Start: ASAP Duration: 6‑7 months Engagement Type: Contract (Full Time) Rate: Market Competitive What You’ll Be Doing As the Cutover Manager, you will provide technical leadership and hands‑on expertise across the rollout of this program within the Home Health Platform. Responsibilities
- Planning the cutover execution, including obtaining sign‑offs from teams
- Building Runsheet(s) – execution and rollback plans
- Dependency & risk assessment
- Coordination of tasks and resource engagement
- Managing dress rehearsals and adjusting runsheets post rehearsal as needed
- Scheduling and hosting walkthroughs for review & go/no‑go sign‑offs
- Build and maintain a robust collaboration and communication plan, including a stakeholder matrix and communication approaches for different audience levels (team, business sponsors, executive)
- Scheduling tasks, resources, tracking activities, maintaining decision registers, Risks & Issues registers, and mitigation management
- Reporting on progress and escalating as required
- Hosting go/no‑go checkpoints and coordinating step‑by‑step execution per the runsheet
- Troubleshooting issues during rollout and coordinating verification testing (PVT)
- Communicating throughout the event as per the communication plan
- Leading post‑execution activities: PIR (Post Implementation Review), developing continuous improvement strategies, communicating results, seeking endorsement for changes, integrating best‑practice uplifts, and fostering a culture of continuous learning Qualifications Highly experienced with proven detail orientation, a background in delivering tech projects end to end as a release manager on complex solution rollouts, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
