Service Technician (Electrical) As a Service Technician Electrician based in Dandenong South, VIC, you will play a key role in keeping highly automated logistics systems operating at peak performance. Working on cutting‑edge material handling technology, you’ll be part of a site‑based team supporting a 24/7 operation while collaborating with local and global engineering experts. Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across automated electrical and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and resolve faults on equipment such as conveyors, storage and retrieval cranes, robotic systems, and AGVs.
- Support maximum system availability by working closely with onsite automation specialists.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Operate within a solid safety‑first culture, ensuring compliance with all workplace safety standards. Work Schedule Work a 4 on / 4 off rotating roster (two 12‑hour day shifts, two 12‑hour night shifts, followed by four days off). Qualifications
- Electrical (A‑Grade) qualification.
- Experience or understanding of industrial controls (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and related systems).
- Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights, with a proactive and accountable mindset.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required. Benefits
