Senior Sales Manager Novotel & Ibis Melbourne Central is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to work hand‑in‑hand with our Director of Sales & Marketing, contributing to the success of our high‑performing Commercial Team. - Commercial Strategy & Leadership: Assist in guiding the Commercial Team with well‑defined strategies and tactical plans to achieve business objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and secure opportunities within the Corporate, Groups, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) segment.
- Account Management: Build, nurture, and strengthen long‑term relationships with clients, transforming leads into sustainable business partnerships.
- Negotiations: Lead rate and contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the hotel.
- Process & Implementation: Streamline sales processes to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of new business opportunities.
