Our Salesforce Practice is gearing up for a busy season. We are opening this Expression of Interest (EOI) to connect with skilled Salesforce Functional Consultants. What You’ll Do As a Salesforce Functional Consultant at Innovior, your focus will be on the hands‑on delivery of client requirements. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure our solutions hit the mark.
- Gather requirements, configure Salesforce, document functional designs, and support delivery of Salesforce solutions that meet business and client requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process notes, and functional documentation.
- Configure Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities and agreed design patterns.
- Support the build of objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permissions, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and related configuration.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and defect resolution activities. What You Bring
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a functional consulting, business analysis, administration, or configuration role.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative features such as objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
- An understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, automation capabilities, and standard platform features.
- The ability to interpret business requirements and support their translation into functional solutions.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methods and project‑based delivery environments.
