- Assess building permit applications for domestic projects (Class 1 & 10 buildings).
- Reassess Requests for Further Information (RFIs) and assist clients with addressing outstanding items.
- Handle client and stakeholder communications – manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with a responsive and professional attitude.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and our team to ensure everyone stays informed and projects run smoothly from start to finish. Experience
- Credentials : We are open to candidates from a range of construction industry backgrounds, including Permit Coordinators, Draftspersons, Estimators, Building Inspectors or similar roles. This position would suit someone who is serious about advancing into a Building Surveyor role and building a long-term career with our Tribe.
