- Use data and insights to spot trends, shape thinking and provide commercially grounded guidance
- Get involved in shaping and evolving wellbeing initiatives, with the prospect to take ownership as you settle into the role
- Partner closely with the HR team to deliver aligned, consistent and high-quality outcomes
- Build strong relationships across a broad stakeholder group, from emerging leaders to senior management, adapting your style to suit
- Support the rollout and embedding of core people initiatives across engagement, performance, capability and change
- Help bring new ways of working to life, ensuring they're understood, adopted and sustained across the business What You Bring
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, partnering with both frontline and senior leaders
- Confident managing end-to-end ER matters with a calm, considered approach
- A natural relationship builder who builds trust and credibility quickly
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on, fast‑moving environment, balancing day‑to‑day support with ongoing change
- Pragmatic and solutions‑oriented, with the confidence to take the lead and sense‑check when needed
- Robust coaching capability, particularly in supporting first‑time or developing leaders
