We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist and Operations skilled to manage and streamline core HR functions including payroll, attendance, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, improving employee engagement and retention, and ensuring smooth HR operations. - Managing employee attendance, payroll processing, and statutory compliances in coordination with finance and external vendors.
- Overseeing employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Implementing and coordinating employee performance review and appraisal processes across the organization.
- Reviewing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook as per organizational and statutory requirements.
- Ensuring employees adhere to HR policies, company code of conduct, and workplace guidelines, and resolving related concerns.
- Managing HR documentation and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Handling employee grievance management and maintaining a healthy work environment.
- Identifying training and development needs and coordinating relevant learning initiatives.
- Supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.
- Managing the recruitment coordination process including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Ensuring all HR operational processes under the Human Capital Department are properly implemented, documented, and followed.
- Managing ERP employee enrollment, maintaining employee data, and handling Human Capital Management (HCM) system operations.
- Coordinating HR audits, compliance checks, and statutory documentation.
- Preparing HR reports, and MIS related to headcount, attrition, payroll, and HR metrics.
- Supporting full and final settlement, exit interviews, and employee offboarding processes.
- Manage employee travel arrangements and day-to-day office administration activities. Educational Qualifications
